Villas Blancas is an ideal vacation rental for a couple up to a family of varying size. It offers one to three bedrooms each with its own access, bathroom and air conditioning. The central living dining kitchen area is set amongst the surrounding lush gardens. The kitchen has a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave and pantry. The living area has comfortable couches. A two-car carport and utility area are conveniently nearby. The villas are a few feet away from the common area, which hosts a large lake-like swimming pool and entertainment palapa. Bedroom number one has a king size bed. Bedroom number two has a set of bunk beds and two single beds and bedroom number three has two single beds.

VILLA #4
Upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and balcony with ocean view. The lower level has two separate bedrooms each with two queen size beds.

VILLA #2
Situated upon a bluff overlooking Chacala Bay, breathtaking views abound from the large palapa covered open-air kitchen and grand central living area of Villa Blancas #2. The property is newly completed using quality construction throughout and a focus on comfort and leisure. There is plenty of room for large groups, as there are three bedrooms and an entertainment room that adjoin the central area of the villa.

The upper master suite has a king size bed, twin bed and small balcony facing the ocean. On the main level is bedroom #1 with two queen size beds; bedroom #2 with two twin size beds that can be joined to create a king size bed, if necessary; and the entertainment room is furnished with two twin beds. Each room is inviting, spacious and has it's own bathroom.

This Villa is one of seven villas sharing beautifully landscaped grounds and lovely pool and poolside palapa strategically placed for spectacular views of the sea. All Marina Chacala amenities are available to guests including easy access to the beach at Chacalilla Bay, which is a bit smaller and calmer than the public beach.

The minimum cost per night is $350, which would sleep up to eight people. Each additional guest is $25 per night for a maximum of 11 guests. A damage deposit and minimum three-night stay is required. A 50% rental deposit is necessary within seven days of the reservation.
